This includes:

Meeting the owner, his tenants and guests and key handover;

Showing the area of guests’;

Weekly cleaning of the whole apartment, incl. Changing of bed sheets and towels 1 day per week;

Daily light cleaning and emptying of bins – 6 days per week /Does not include washing pots/;

Weekly laundering of sheets and towels;

Obligatory inspection of the chalet and stock-check of chalet contents on guest departure;

Current control for the time the property is not let to make sure all is in order, such as regular flushing of toilets, airing of the apartment, boiler inspection, window and door checks, sign a check list in every time of every time of checking and let it in a prominent place. Seasonal maintenance, which includes keeping the temperatures up during the winter months, checks of the water and electric systems.
Services doing: setting direct debit payments to the electric and water companies, organizing the local and municipal taxes annual payments, annual company declaration. The value is at owner’s expense, apart from the annual PM Fee.
