So, you have brought yourself a holiday home, but how do you go about looking after and protecting your investment when you aren’t there all the time. That is what we are here for. Our full / basic package is designed to help you have peace of mind while you are not at your property, we make sure that your property is safe, secure and regularly aired to help prevent the effect of damp. We will alert you to any problems regarding your property early on, this will prevent them growing into big problems and potentially costing you more. Overall, we help to make sure that when you come over to enjoy your property, you can do just that, rather than worry about cleaning, sorting out the garden and fixing any little problems. |
Our basic package covers:

Window, door, water, electricity checks - twice per month;

Regular airing the property;

Seasonal initial cleaning - once per year - usually during the spring months;

Seasonal preparation of the property - winterization;

Annual payment of the local taxes;

Taking water/electricity meter readings, if requested.
The fee of 130 GBP is annual. On each visit of the property a check list is signed and, if there are, comments are left.
In order to start the property management we need the following:

A set of keys of the property;

Owner's BULSTAT number (number which should be given by your solicitor, under this number we need to pay your council tax once per year)

Authorization letter to the developer that we shall be in charge for the management;

130 GBP basic management fee for one year; 260 GBP annual full management fee;

Signed copy of the management contact which I will send to you attached as soon as possible- it is just good will in case Tax office check;
